This study aims to delve into the leadership of administrators in private universities, revealing their leadership styles, influence, and roles in university management through a thorough examination of relevant theories and practices. In terms of research methods, we employed various approaches, including questionnaire surveys and interviews, to comprehensively understand the leadership traits of administrators and their performance in practical work. Through these methods, we hope to gain a profound understanding of the leadership profile of administrators in private universities. The research results indicate that administrators in private universities demonstrate a range of strengths and challenges in leadership. Specifically, this includes the manifestation of different leadership styles and their impact on teams and organizations. In the conclusion section, we summarize the main findings of the study and propose some helpful suggestions for future research. We believe that future studies could further explore aspects such as the effectiveness of leadership training and comparisons among managers with different backgrounds to comprehensively understand and enhance the leadership level of administrators in private universities.
