Abstract

With the development of economic globalization, the level and capability of informatization continue to improve, and the knowledge economy has ushered in a new space for development. From the current development perspective, knowledge has replaced simple labor and natural resources, becoming one of the primary factors in economic development. Schools, as important institutions for disseminating knowledge, have become one of the primary factors. In the process of development, it is necessary to adapt to the development of society, and at the same time, pay attention to the ability and level of knowledge management in the relevant management process, especially school managers should pay more attention to the level and level of knowledge management development. In the process of research, this article analyzes the development of knowledge management among primary school managers in China, explores the feasibility of practical knowledge management in schools, and puts forward its own opinions and views to broaden the perspective of management and improve the level of knowledge management in schools.
