Abstract

Applying information technology and information management methods to rural primary school management can optimize school management methods, Improving the utilization rate of educational resources, promoting urban-rural education equity, promoting education and teaching reform, and improving education management play a decisive role. However, in practical development, due to the backwardness of information infrastructure construction in rural primary schools, insufficient information management capabilities of teachers, and outdated educational information management mechanisms, it greatly hinders the development of information management in rural primary schools and is not conducive to the improvement of rural education and teaching quality. Therefore, this study takes rural primary schools in Tongren City, Guizhou Province as an example to conduct a systematic analysis of information management in rural primary schools, In order to identify problems and propose solutions. The paper adopts questionnaire survey and case analysis methods to empirically analyze the current situation and influencing factors of information management in rural primary schools in Tongren City, Guizhou Province. Through empirical research, it is found that the factors affecting information management in rural primary schools include information infrastructure construction, educational resource application, information teacher team construction, and information management construction, The specific problems are manifested in the lack of information infrastructure in rural primary schools, inefficient application of educational resources in rural primary schools, low level of information technology teaching among rural teachers, and insufficient planning and management of information technology in rural primary schools. The paper concludes that the current situation of information management in rural primary schools in Tongren City is not optimistic, and it is necessary to increase investment in the construction of information management in rural primary schools; Emphasize the development of information management resources in rural primary schools; Improve the information management ability of teachers; Improve the information management system and planning of rural primary schools in four aspects to promote the level of information management in rural primary schools.
