RESEARCH ON THE EMBEDDED METHOD AND PROCESS COMPETENCY INDEX OF TEACHER COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT IN VOCATIONAL COLLEGES AT THE UNDERGRADUATE LEVEL

Abstract

China's industrial upgrade has led to an increased demand for skilled talent, with undergraduate vocational education playing a crucial role. The quality of education is heavily dependent on the professional ability of teachers. This study assesses the influence of embedded methods on teachers' competencies, such as self-directed learning and problem-solving, through the use of tools such as surveys and interviews. Results indicate that teachers' abilities improve with experience and reflection in their work. Factors such as school resources and personal motivation significantly impact teacher development.
