THE GUIDELINES FOR OF IMPLEMENTING CHATGPT IN THE EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF HIGHER VOCATIONAL COLLEGES IN ERQI DISTRICT, ZHENGZHOU

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study that with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the field of education management in higher vocational colleges is also facing the pressure of transformation and upgrading. This study aims to explore the feasibility and implementation guidelines of ChatGPT introduced in the education management of higher vocational colleges in Erqi District, Zhengzhou. We selected 4 higher vocational colleges in Erqi District, Zhengzhou City as the research samples. Schools should be representative of institutions of alliii types and sizes to ensure the generalizability and applicability of our findings. Through the review of relevant literature. It is found that ChatGPT has broad application prospects in the field of education, especially in intelligent question answering, information processing and student guidance. This study will employ a mixed research method, combining quantitative data analysis and interviews with education experts, to fully understand the potential of ChatGPT in improving educational management efficiency and personalized student support. Expected benefits include optimizing office processes, improving student satisfaction, and improving the quality of work of the academic administration team. However, attention should be paid to issues such as privacy protection and technical reliability. To sum up, this research will provide guidance for the application of artificial intelligence technology in the education management of higher vocational colleges and promote the modernization and intelligence of education management.
