Abstract

Use the literature method, expert interview method, and SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the development of the Hainan Province Non-Profit Sports Association in China, and analyze the advantages of policies, services, and professions, and the disadvantages of human resources and funding. , professional instructors, opportunities for government procurement, events, community activities, threats to industry competition, social credibility, supervision and evaluation, etc. to analyze and study, and draw corresponding results. This study has practical guiding significance for the Hainan Provincial Non-Profit Sports Association in building a national fitness and sports service system.
