Abstract

 

The purpose of this study was to study the needs and expectations of secondary school students for the Udon Thani Education Center. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is for high school students in Mueang District, Urani Province. As an institution for pursuing undergraduate studies This subject is high school students in the academic year 2 0 2 3 who participate in further education guidance at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Unpredictable topic groups were defined by Cochran. The instrument for this study was a questionnaire developed by the authors. The subjects in this study were 4 0 0 high school students in Mueang District, Udrani Province. Data are presented as percentages, means, and standard deviations. The results of the research consisted of 4 dimensions: curriculum and teaching, teachers, and teaching equipment. Classroom and university environment Academic services (librarians, librarians and consultants) reveal high levels of demand and expectation. The details are as follows: 1. The university's curriculum and teaching are expected to be at a high level. As more and more universities provide more useful technology and lessons. Students are expected to develop their skills while attending school. And what they learn should be able to be applied in real life. in line with Lookkham (2012) 2. High school students have high expectations of their teachers. University lecturers are expected to be qualified in their field and able to impart their knowledge to students. Teacher evaluations should cover content and include teaching plans related to course objectives and be open to student suggestions. University faculty members should also be good examples to students regarding morality.3. High school students have high expectations of university teaching tools. The expectation is that the tools should improve the quality of teaching and facilitate the learning process in the classroom. 4. There are high expectations from high school students for their environment both inside and outside the classroom. The expectation is that classrooms should be comfortable and clean. The campus environment should be comfortable and beautiful. There are high expectations regarding general university services such as financial aid. and student news about health and various activities. The expectation is that university cafeterias should sell good, clean food at reasonable prices. Universities should provide extra-curricular opportunities to students through related activities. There should be comprehensive health, registration, and news services on campus. Students expect the university to be a safe place for them.
