This study objective 1) To study the factors affecting the process of preparing the strategic plan and the annual action plan 2) To study the factors affecting the process of preparing the strategic plan and the annual action plan. Classified by personal factors. The sample group used in this research was 100 personnel from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The results were analyzed by the SPSS program. The statistics for data analysis were descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation. The inferential statistics consisted of t-test and One-Way ANOVA statistics. If differences were found, they were compared individually. Using LSD method. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University personnel had different sexes. There are factors affecting the process of preparing the strategic plan and the annual action plan. In general, it is not different. When considering each aspect, it was found that the factors affecting the direction of the strategic directions in all 3 areas were not different, and the personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University with different age, picture, and education.
