FEMALE LEADERSHIP IN CHINA: RESEARCH STATUS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the study of female leadership by combing the research status of Chinese female leadership. Through the literature analysis, the research finds that the research on female leadership in China mainly focuses on the characteristics of female leadership, the influencing factors and the promotion of female leadership. The study explored femininity from the female perspective and the male perspective. This paper summarizes the factors that affect the development and promotion of female leadership, including biological differences, family responsibilities, stereotypes, social concepts and personal will. Finally, this paper puts forward the future research direction of female leadership: research perspective, research object and research method
