Abstract

High-quality development of enterprises is an important topic in front of China, especially to promote sustainable, green, healthy, and coordinated development of the economy, and ESG is an important starting point for enterprises to achieve high-quality development. This paper analyzes the impact of ESG recognition, management, and practice on the high-quality development of enterprises under the background of high-quality economic development, and analyzes the mediating role of green innovation, thereby drawing a theoretical model, theoretically constructing the impact path from ESG to high-quality development of enterprises and making sufficient preparations for the next step of research.
