With the vigorous development of China's large-scale sports events and the continuous deepening of the event management system reform, human resource management of sports events is facing the challenge of scientific and systematic development. The China Tennis Tour, launched in 2020 as the first domestic tennis tournament with independent intellectual property rights, has ushered Chinese tennis into a new era. This paper takes the Anning CTA1000 event in Yunnan Province—a prominent stop on the China Tennis Tour—as the research object, investigating referees and athletes who participated over three years. Using methods including literature review, logical analysis, questionnaire surveys, interviews, on-site observation, and mathematical statistics, the study analyzes the current status of human resource management in Yunnan’s tennis events, aiming to deepen understanding of the management system, improve and standardize mechanisms, promote sustainable development, and provide theoretical support for high-quality, modern development of tennis events in the region. Key conclusions include: clarifying development orientation to ensure professionalization; building an incentive system aligned with actual needs; continuously optimizing training systems and innovating methods; and establishing effective communication mechanisms and information-sharing platforms.Downloads
