This research study investigates the impact of technology acceptance and website quality on the acceptance of online learning websites. A quantitative survey of 400 Bangkok residents was conducted to examine demographic factors affecting the acceptance of English language learning websites and to explore how technology acceptance and website quality influence their use. Results indicate high levels of technology acceptance (overall mean = 3.59), website quality (overall mean = 3.55), and website acceptance (overall mean = 3.41). Multiple regression analysis revealed that technology acceptance and website quality together explain 39.0% of the variance in website acceptance (R² = 0.390, p < 0.001), with website quality (β = 0.470) and technology acceptance (β = 0.409) both being significant predictors. Findings support the integration of modern technologies (e.g., AI, AR, VR) and continuous improvement based on user feedback to enhance online learning platforms.Downloads
