Abstract

This study investigates the corporate culture that influences employee performance, examines employee performance, and analyzes the relationship between organizational culture and work efficiency among employees of state-owned enterprises in Thailand. A survey was conducted with 160 valid responses from a population of 240 employees, using a structured questionnaire covering demographic characteristics, organizational culture (mission, unity, participation, and adaptation), and work efficiency (quality, quantity, and time). Statistical analyses including descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, tolerance, and VIF were employed to ensure no multicollinearity. Results indicate high levels of all organizational culture dimensions, with unity culture scoring highest overall. Work efficiency was highest in quality, followed by quantity, and then time. Multiple regression analysis revealed that mission culture, adaptive culture, and participatory culture significantly predict employee performance, explaining 99.7% of the variance. The study concludes with recommendations for strengthening organizational culture to enhance employee performance.
