Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing job happiness among employees at Thai Airways International Public Company Limited in Thailand. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 150 employees, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression. Results indicate that overall work factors and employee happiness are high across all measured dimensions. Work relationships ranked highest among work factors, followed by organizational shared values and quality of work life, while leadership ranked lowest. Job enjoyment ranked highest in employee happiness, followed by job satisfaction and work enthusiasm. Multicollinearity was detected among independent variables due to high correlations (>0.80), leading to the use of stepwise regression. The final regression model explains 88.5% of the variance in employee happiness, with quality of work life being the strongest predictor.
