THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF THE YOUTH TABLE TENNIS COMPETITIONS IN YUNNAN PROVINCE

Abstract

With the vigorous development of Chinese youth table tennis competitions, Yunnan Province youth table tennis competitions have been carried out and gradually mature. This paper employs data analysis, logical analysis, and research methods, drawing on input from table tennis association officials, management experts, coaches, and athletes, to understand the current management model of youth table tennis in Yunnan Province and promote its sustainable development. The study concludes with four key recommendations: (1) rational allocation of organizational structure; (2) enhanced marketing and promotion to boost popularity and participation; (3) realization of economic and social benefits to ensure sustainability; and (4) improved service quality to meet athlete and coach needs and foster talent development.
