Development Guide for the Manual Reimbursement Process of Paid Outreach Programs (Rising Revenue) at the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract

This research aims to develop a manual for the disbursement and reimbursement process of academic service projects (income-generating projects) at the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Using a quantitative approach, the study surveyed 11 staff members (1 executive and 10 academic support personnel) through a structured questionnaire. Results indicate high user satisfaction (mean = 4.36, SD = 0.51) with the developed manual, particularly in terms of clarity of steps, ease of understanding, and utility in improving disbursement efficiency. The manual includes standardized procedures, required documents, and examples to streamline the process, reduce document revisions, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
