Satisfaction with the Use of Online Classroom Booking System of the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract

The study aimed to (1) study the factors affecting satisfaction in using the online classroom booking system and (2) evaluate the level of satisfaction of users. A quantitative survey was conducted with 100 academic and academic support personnel from the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Data were collected using a researcher-developed questionnaire and analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Results indicated high overall satisfaction with the system (mean = 4.91, SD = 0.09), particularly in terms of convenience, ease of use, program format, and presentation methods. The new Google Forms-based system improved efficiency, reduced processing time, minimized errors, and decreased paper usage compared to the traditional paper-based system.
