Abstract

This study aims to develop guidelines for media production in the digital era for the public relations of the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and to evaluate public feedback on printed media used for university promotion. A questionnaire was distributed to 461 sixth-year students applying to the college in 2024, achieving a 100% response rate. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Results indicated overall satisfaction with public relations media at a good level (mean = 4.14, SD = 0.9368), with content rated highest (mean = 4.53, SD = 0.8191) and harmony lowest (mean = 4.00, SD = 0.9594). For publication opinions, satisfaction was high (mean = 4.53, SD = 0.8417), particularly for readability (starting anywhere first), while image clarity scored lowest (mean = 4.07, SD = 0.6147). Recommendations include enhancing image clarity, including faculty details, and expanding digital platforms like LINE official accounts for more effective outreach.
