CURRENT SITUATION AND COUNTERMEASURES OF MORAL EDUCATION FOR HIGHER VOCATIONAL COLLEGES IN TAKING HEBEI VOCATIONAL COLLEGE OF TOURISM

Abstract

Vocational colleges are platforms for cultivating high-tech talents for society. The quality of moral education of vocational college students is directly related to the quality of the country's industrial workforce and social services, and affects the future of the nation. With rapid socio-economic development, value systems have diversified, student source structures have become diverse and complex, and student quality has become uneven. Current moral education in vocational colleges faces severe challenges: existing content, teaching, management, and evaluation systems can no longer adapt to student diversity and societal development. This paper investigates Hebei Tourism Vocational College using literature, survey, and case study methods, analyzes the current status and causes of moral education, explores educational elements, enriches moral education carriers, integrates moral education into the entire talent training process, strengthens ideological guidance and behavioral norms, and proposes implementation strategies.
