Abstract

This paper explores the impact of physical education (PE) classes on mental sub-health students by understanding their characteristics and providing personalized guidance through group cooperative learning. The study emphasizes how PE, particularly through structured group activities, can serve as a platform for behavioral intervention, helping students adapt to school life and laying a foundation for future social integration. The approach not only addresses common needs of the student population but also acknowledges individual differences, aiming for more precise and effective psychological counseling. Results indicate that group cooperative learning significantly improves psychological well-being, teamwork, and social skills among mentally sub-health students.
