The research aims to develop a conceptual framework examining the impact of environmental dynamics and innovation on new breed entrepreneurial performance, with resilience, mindset, flexibility, and law as mediating factors. Using a quantitative and exploratory approach with a sample of 400 personnel and 20 key executives from relevant ministries, the study found significant relationships among all six factors—environment, mindset, resilience, innovation, flexibility, and law—with operational efficiency development, worker survival, and sustainable society building. Innovation emerged as the most critical factor, showing the highest correlation with performance, while flexibility and mindset were identified as key adaptive and foundational mechanisms. The study proposes a comprehensive conceptual framework to guide the development of new-generation entrepreneurs in dynamic business environments.Downloads
