Abstract

The construction materials sector plays a vital role in supporting the infrastructure and real estate development of Thailand, particularly in Bangkok and its surrounding regions. This study aims to develop a conceptual framework that identifies and links critical factors affecting the business performance of construction material companies. Drawing on an extensive review of prior empirical studies and theoretical literature, the research highlights four major constructs: Leadership, Company Policy, Innovative Management, and Organizational Agility. These factors are examined for their direct and indirect influence on Business Performance. The methodology employed is documentary research, utilizing content analysis to synthesize findings from diverse sources. The proposed framework suggests that effective leadership and adaptive company policies facilitate innovation and organizational agility, which in turn drive enhanced business outcomes. The results offer significant theoretical contributions and practical implications, providing a foundation for future empirical research and guiding industry stakeholders in strategic decision-making.
